Scope
This agreement describes how Flint (Dyvr Limited) handles information in connection with the useflint.co marketing site. It should be read together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.
What this site does not do
We do not operate user accounts on this marketing site, and we do not use it to collect or store personal data for our own databases through forms or sign-up flows on these pages.
The Flint application
When you choose to use the Flint product (including signing up or signing in), data is processed under the Flint Privacy & Cookie Policy and related product terms, not under this marketing site alone.
Embedded tools
If you open demos or tools embedded on this site, those experiences may run on our application platform (for example app.useflint.co). Any personal data processed there is handled under the product policies linked above.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata) so pages can load securely. We use this to operate and protect the site, not to build individual marketing profiles of visitors from these pages alone.
